The shipping price is not included in the price of our products.

In the event of a difficulty in the delivery of the order due to an incorrect address or absence of people at the address indicated (false freight), VOMA will contact the customer to coordinate the forwarding, which will be assumed by the customer.

The shipping price does not include product installation. In the event that the product needs to be brought into your home in a special way, different from the regular income from stairs, elevator or doors, VOMA may charge an additional fee and will do so only if it can be executed through third parties.

The shipping time will be counted from the verification of your payment.

We have high quality control standards, however we recommend checking the product upon delivery. In case you notice any damage, you must communicate it directly with the carrier, since changes of the product will not be accepted once it is delivered.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can change the product (s) up to 7 days after the purchase is made and a Credit Note will be issued to be used within a maximum period of 30 calendar days. For this, it will be necessary to present the Invoice or Bill of Sale. The product must be in perfect condition and without signs of use. The client will bear the corresponding transport costs.
